HOW TO BECOME CATHOLIC

STEP ONE: PRAY

You don't have to be Catholic to pray! Talk to God like you would a close friend and ask for guidance.

STEP TWO: TALK TO OTHER CATHOLICS

And learn about why they love the faith. See if you can meet someone who converted and ask them their story.

STEP THREE: LEARN ABOUT CATHOLICISM

Before becoming Catholic, you need to learn what you're saying yes to! Churches offer programs for adults to learn who Jesus is, why what he did matters, and how to respond.

OR DO ALL THREE:

Becoming Catholic is a journey of discernment that starts with a simple step: the desire to learn more. The OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) is a process of education and discernment as we walk with you, answer questions and teach you about the Catholic faith. If you are interested in learning more about this process, please complete the form here.
