Connected in the Spirit

What is Connected In The Spirit?

Connected in the Spirit (CIS) is a process by which we ask the Holy Spirit to accompany the Connected in the Spirit team and membership of our parish, so that our parish community and partner parishes will grow in faith and spirit to be loving disciples of Christ who give eloquent witness to the love of God that is manifest in his son Jesus.

Our Parish Structure

This link is a summary of the different parish structures: http://www.archindy.org/connected/indianapolis-summary.html. St. Joseph and St. Ann are Linked Parishes; and St. Thomas More is in Partnership with St. Joseph and St. Ann.

What is the Plan?

All of the information for CIS in the Indianapolis Deaneries are found near the middle of the page under "Older Documents". The first section is where we learned about the goals of CIS, held parish town hall meetings, took parish surveys, entered into conversation with the parish and provided the Archdiocesan Planning Committee our findings. The Implementation Guide for the Indianapolis Deaneries that we are currently working with can be found a little further down under "Indianapolis Implementation Documents" here: http://www.archindy.org/clergyplc/binder.html.

Specific Goals for St. Ann, St, Joseph and St. Thomas More
