Bulletin Typists

The St. Joseph Bulletin Committee consists of seven (7) typists who take turns typing the Sunday bulletin weekly on their home computer, copy, fold and put in place at church. Information to be included in the bulletin should be submitted by 6:00pm Wednesday evening at the rectory.

Note: Beginning in March 2011, a new format of the bulletin will be available through Liturgical Publications of Wisconsin. Eight typists (new typist begins in March 2011) will use publisher to send the bulletin to Liturgical to be printed and shipped to St. Joseph’s. Date that information needs to be submitted has not been written in concrete yet…..possible time and date discussed is 12:30pm on Sunday before published date. Tuesday, 4:00pm is recommended submission date to Liturgical (that way typist has Sunday, Monday and part of Tuesday to work on the document). We can change date/time of submission in March.

Calling Committee

This committee provides communication with parishioners to relay information for upcoming events. For example when Altar Society needs volunteers or if Father wants something communicated to parishioners, we make calls. The committee has no meeting dates or schedule. Committee consists of 32 callers who have lists of parishioners who they call when alerted by the chairman.

Church Cleaners

Collection Counters Committee

This committee is responsible for counting and preparing deposits of the collection
offering. We do this after all the weekend Masses have been celebrated on Sunday.
